Consumer Engagement Strategy Lead

We're seeking a dynamic individual to lead our Consumer Engagement Strategy team as the Consumer Engagement Strategy Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding and overseeing the development, implementation, and optimization of consumer engagement strategies. Your main objective will be to ensure that our initiatives effectively resonate with our target audience and drive meaningful interactions with our brand. The primary responsibilities include:

  • Lead a team of consumer engagement strategists, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive excellence in strategy development and execution.
  • Develop comprehensive consumer engagement strategies tailored to our target audience and business objectives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to align consumer engagement efforts with broader organizational goals.
  • Oversee the implementation of consumer engagement campaigns, ensuring they are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Analyze performance metrics and consumer insights to continually refine and optimize our engagement strategies.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, consumer behavior shifts, and emerging technologies to inform strategy development and innovation.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the Consumer Engagement Strategy team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field - prefered.
  • Proven experience in consumer engagement strategy development and leadership, ideally within FMCG industry.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve goals and drive results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strategic mindset with a demonstrated ability to think creatively and analytically to solve complex problems.
  • Proficiency in project management, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and allocate resources effectively.
  • Experience with data analysis and interpretation to derive actionable insights and drive informed decision-making.
  • Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
