Consumer Engagement Strategy Specialist

We are looking for a talented individual to fill the role of Consumer Engagement Strategy Specialist in the FMCG industry. This role involves developing, implementing, codifying, scaling, and executing consumer engagement strategies and campaigns. The ideal candidate will work closely with various teams, including Marketing, Media Agencies, and Consumer Insights, to ensure the success of these initiatives. The primary responsibilities include:

• Developing comprehensive consumer engagement strategies tailored to the FMCG sector.
• Implementing innovative approaches to consumer engagement, leveraging the latest technologies and trends.
• Codifying best practices and standardizing processes for scalability and efficiency.
• Scaling campaigns to reach a broad audience while maintaining personalized experiences.
• Executing campaigns with precision and attention to detail, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and customer needs.
• This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the way FMCG brands interact with their consumers, driving loyalty, retention, and overall brand affinity.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field - prefered.
• Proven experience in developing and executing consumer engagement strategies, preferably within the FMCG industry.
• Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically to solve complex problems.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Results-oriented with a track record of driving measurable outcomes through consumer engagement initiatives.
• Adaptability and willingness to embrace change in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
