HR MANAGER

Job description

  • Management of HR team
  • Development and monitoring of overall HR strategies, systems and procedures across the organization
  • Management of recruitment and selection process and performance appraisal system
  • Supervision of pay plan and benefits program
  • Assessment of training needs to apply and monitor adaptation and development programs

Candidate

  • 5+ years of HR management experience – preferably from a manufacturing or logistics environment
  • Experience in leading a team of HR specialist is a must
  • Self-motivated but people oriented and results driven person
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
  • Proficient in MS Office applications,
  • Fluent English (minimum C1)
