HR Business Partner / Senior HR Specialist

Job description

  • Conducting recruitment for all positions of manufacturing division
  • Supporting employees in all HR related topics as onboarding, HR processes, training, exit process 
  • Developing partnership with hiring managers
  • Providing regular reporting of recruitment activities realization 

Candidate

  • At least 3 years’ experience in HR department in multinational manufacturing organization 
  • Good knowledge and command of various recruitment techniques 
  • Very good command of English skills (spoken and written) 
  • University degree 
  • Experience in holding multi-tasking positions
