Duties:
- Conduct salary surveys and market research to determine competitive pay rates for various positions across different locations.
- Develop standardized processes for defining and assigning job codes, families, and roles.
- Analyze compensation data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with HR, department heads, and stakeholders to assess the current employee structure and suggest enhancements.
- Work with Global HRIS and Senior Business Analyst to ensure accurate representation of employee data in relevant systems.
- Offer guidance to HR teams and managers on compensation matters, including job codes, salary structures, and incentives.
- Evaluate compensation programs' effectiveness and propose adjustments as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices in compensation administration.
- Diversity Initiatives, such as Equal Pay Analysis, to ensure fairness across demographics within the organization by analyzing salary data and addressing disparities based on gender, race, or ethnicity.
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration/ Intelligence, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Min 5 years of experience in compensation analysis or related field, preferably in a global or multinational organization.
- Proven experience in organizational development, or related roles with a focus on employee structure
- Proficiency in compensation analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, HRIS, SAP Successfactors, compensation survey databases). Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
