Accounting Specialist with Norwegian

For our international SSC client we are looking for Norwegian speakers responsible for order to cash process. If you are intrested willing to develop in the international environment- send us your CV.

Responsibilities:

• building and sustaining satisfying relationships with our customers by participating in collection, dispute management and cash application processes,
• monitoring daily cash flow, maintain financial records, and performing banking operations
• taking responsibility for intercompany invoicing and reporting,
• customer invoicing
• preparing monthly bank reconciliations,
• FX transactions validation and processing,
• identifying daily cash and bank movements for their correctness and suggesting immediate action in case of any incidents (daily reconciliations of account balances and positions vs. bank statement),
• monitoring the cashflow forecast and updating daily bank movements and balances (ensuring proper funding of accounts based on forecasted activity),
• working directly with banks to resolve issues related to daily transactional activity.

Expectations:

• speak good English and Norwegian (min. level B2)
• know how to use MS Office, are proficient in using MS Excel
• own your time and can handle your tasks timely and accurately and enjoy dynamic work conditions
• like to take the initiative and have a positive attitude to work
• higher education (preferably in Finance & Accounting or corresponding educational background) and professional experience (preferably in accounting, within SSC/BPO environment)--> will be a plus
