Accounting Team Leader (Accounting Process Lead)


 Requirements:

  • Fluent English min. B2.2 or C1
  • Accounting / Finance degree is a must
  • Min 6 years’ experience in business with min. 5 years’ experience in accounting / finance
  • Extesive knowledge of various accounting departments (AP/AR/Collection/GL etc.)
  • Previous experience in working as a team leader/supervisor support
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel
  • Ability to work in the afternoon

An asset would be:

  • Previous team management experience
  • Previous experience working on US market
  • Experience in project coordination/project management

Your future tasks:

  • Process supplier invoices by inspecting them against statutory requirements, matching against existing Purchase Order, sending them for approval, posting them against cost accounts
  • Resolving supplier queries by account analysis and direct contact with local plant responsible team
  • Preparation of payment proposal, organizing approval, payment execution and payment file upload to banking system
  • Sales invoice creation and send out
  • Incoming cash posting and allocation to customer invoices.
  • Direct contact with customer for payment details and outstanding amounts
  • Ageing report preparation and follow up
  • AP, AR and bank account reconciliation at month
  • Daily support for up to 5 Accountants
  • Monitoring of team’s results against SLA
  • Ensuring close cooperation of SSC with the customer
  • Payments’ review and approval

What happens after you submit your CV? Stages of the recruitment process:

  1. You will be contacted by an Antal Consultant who will conduct an initial recruitment interview with you.
  2. Then you will be recommended for Hiring Manager
  3. We will arrange a meeting directly with the HR Department and your future supervisor
  4. Second interview - we will check your predispositions to manage the team, but you will be able to prepare your own solutions
  5. After all, a decision on employment will be made, for which we keep our fingers crossed!
