We are looking for a Agency Success Lead to join a leading global organization, supporting clients across industries with strategic and operational expertise in programmatic advertising.
🔍 About the Role:
As a Programmatic Media Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-impact digital campaigns across platforms like DV360, YouTube, CTV, and third-party video. You will partner with both internal and external stakeholders to drive adoption of programmatic solutions, provide strategic consultation, and ensure campaign success.
💼 Key Responsibilities:

Own programmatic media strategy and campaign execution across key client accounts

Collaborate with clients, agencies, and cross-functional teams to develop and implement customized campaign strategies

Provide insights and optimization recommendations to exceed performance goals

Deliver platform training and onboarding for tools such as DV360
-
Stay up-to-date on changes in the privacy and digital advertising landscape

Analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable insights
✅ What We’re Looking For:
-
2+ years of hands-on experience in programmatic media buying, ideally using DV360 or other DSPs
-
Strong understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem, especially display and video
-
Experience with media agencies or consulting on advertising products (martech/adtech)

Fluency in English and German (minimum B2)

Proactive, analytical mindset with strong communication and relationship management skills

Good knowledge of Excel (vlookups, logical functions, pivot tables, etc.)
