(AR) Collection Specialist with Spanish
Job descriptions:
- the duties of a Collections Specialist include collection calls and/or correspondence in a fast paced goal oriented collections department,
- providing customer service regarding collection issues, process customer refunds, process and review account adjustments, resolve client discrepancies and short payments
- responsible for monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts - Customer calls, account adjustments, small balance write off, customer reconciliations and processing credit memos
- accountable for reducing delinquency for assigned accounts
- perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support the Accounts Receivable Department
- divisional financial reporting (Excel)
Requirements:
- min. 2 years of experience on a similar position in Financial Service especially AR / Dept Collections
- very good knowledge of English and Spanish (min. B2/C1)
- proficient in Microsoft Excel
- working knowledge of SAP will be an asset
- strong analytical skills with particular focus on accuracy
- ability to work full-time in the US hours (2PM – 10PM)
