Business Analyst – Cybersecurity / Technology (B2B Contract, Hybrid)
Location: Krakow (preferred) or Warsaw – Hybrid working model (6 days per month onsite)

About the Role
We are looking for a talented Business Analyst to join our Cybersecurity team, helping to design and deliver innovative defense solutions that protect our global organization from evolving digital threats.
In this role, you will work across multiple projects and collaborate closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and Product Owners to translate complex business needs into actionable solutions. What You’ll Do

Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements

Map and improve business and IT processes

Support solution design, evaluate options, and recommend the best fit for the business

Collaborate with Product Owners on product roadmaps, epics, user stories, and backlog management

Assist with implementation readiness, piloting, and change management activities including training and communications

Manage requirements lifecycle ensuring continuous improvement and reusability

Identify opportunities to enhance cybersecurity posture through understanding controls and technology environment

Work within Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, LEAN) and support DevOps practices (tools like Jenkins, Ansible)
What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in cybersecurity, banking, or technology

Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps tools

Excellent communication skills, able to engage with technical and business stakeholders across levels

Experience working with distributed international teams

Ability to assess risks and contribute to risk management efforts

Proactive, collaborative, and keen to continuously learn and share knowledge
Nice to Have

Experience with SAFe or Disciplined Agile frameworks

Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools

Understanding of IT architecture and security controls
