Business Client Expert with German
Your responsibilities

High quality service by e-mail, phone, or chat

Entering orders and application data into computer system

Answering customers’ queries

Solving problems or forwarding them to the next line of support

Building partnerships with process owner

Maintaining presence and connection with executives’ direct reports and respective team
Employer requirements

Fluency in German (min.C1) and English (min.B1) -speaking and writing

Fast learner with strong customer service focus and result oriented

Strong attention to details

Strong communication and cooperation skills
