Your challenges:

  • initiating the sales process and taking on activities aimed at supporting business growth
  • responsibility for developing business opportunities in SSC/BPO area (hunting) and for mainainig exsisting Clients (farming)
  • recognizing and defining Clients needs and consulting on proposed solutions
  • active and regular visiting new Clients
  • approaching the Clients in a cross-selling perspective, promoting synergies with other business lines
  • promoting the comapny's products/services 
  • representing the company at conferences and other industry events
  • leading negotiations and growing revenue by identyfinig new business opportunities
  • responsibility for market development and target realization

Your knowledge & skills:

  • several years of experience in sales for companies from SSC/BPO sector (or in Recruting/HR/Consulting area)
  • experience as a Business Development Manager is an asset
  • fluency in English
  • openness and ability to build long-term business relationships
  • strong communication skills combined with the ability to interact at all levels within the organization
  • passion for sales and drive for results
  • ability to work independently, set and achieve milestones and carry out activities
  • excellent organizational, negotiations and time management skills
  • ability to work in a team and for a team
