For our client, an international company from the professional services industry, we are looking for the person for the position:
Compensation Support
Location: Warsaw 

Your Responsibilities :

  • Preparing international assignment cost estimates through use of client policy review, reading of data supplier tables, and logical application of knowledge 
  • Preparing and self-auditing relocation taxability reporting  
  • Preparing relocation cost of living and lump-sum calculations 
  • Coordinating client tax equalization settlement payments/recoveries, including and tracking and reporting 
  • Coordinating of client certificate of coverage applications and status reporting 
  • Assisting with relocation payroll processing services 
  • Assisting with client global compensation collection and reporting services 
  • Actively contribute to new client implementations including but not limited to policy and template review, test case runs and end to end testing. 
  • Actively contribute to a process improvement culture 
  • Validate, document, and maintain standard operating procedures  
  • Actively participate in Client Financial Services team meetings, cross departmental meetings, conference calls and training as needed 

Requirements: 

  • Degree in Accounting/Finance or a business related field equivalent job experience 
  • Experience in a similar role will be an advantage 
  • Have the ability to breakdown complex issues and problems into manageable components 
  • Strong motivation to understand, document and train process flows in a high volume environment 
  • Excellent oral, written communication and interpersonal skills  
  • Present good command of English (at least B2 level) 
  • Microsoft Office Literacy working with MS Access, Excel, and Word 
  • Demonstrate commitment to team, culture and values 
  • Have the ability to work in a cross-cultural team setting 
  • Independently manage workload and prioritise appropriately to meet deadlines with limited supervision 
  • Responsible and accountable for expected results 
  • Have the ability to foster belonging and encourage authenticity. 
  • Self-starter with proven ability to work remotely.
