Enterprise Architect
Project Overview:
We are looking for an accomplished Enterprise Architect to lead the IT Service Management (ITSM) domain within a well-established Enterprise Architecture (EA) team. This strategic role involves aligning IT services and tools with both organizational objectives and stakeholder needs while ensuring compliance with certification standards.
The organization employs a modular platform architecture, where individual components are developed independently but follow a unified architectural vision guided by the EA team. The EA team operates with a high-level, structured approach ("Ivory Tower"), where each domain is managed by a dedicated architect.
The infrastructure is based on OpenStack and integrates with two public clouds, AWS and Azure, though the focus of this role is on enterprise-level architecture rather than direct involvement with the cloud infrastructure.
Core Responsibilities (Must-Have Skills):
-
Develop and maintain a coherent architecture for the ITSM domain.
-
Assess, select, and manage tools and solutions for ITSM (such as Jira, Confluence, and Asset Management).
-
Contribute to the strategic planning process based on the Flight Levels System Architecture, incorporating three levels of architectural planning.
-
Collaborate with technical teams and fellow enterprise architects.
-
Work with diverse stakeholders to ensure their needs are aligned with the overall architectural vision.
-
Ensure that tools and services comply with ISO certification standards.
-
Manage the balance between introducing new capabilities and reducing technical debt.
Required Experience:
-
5+ years of experience as an Enterprise Architect (not a Solutions Architect).
-
Strong understanding of TOGAF and Archimate modeling (certification is optional).
-
Practical experience with ITSM tools such as Jira and Confluence.
-
Excellent skills in managing stakeholders and cross-functional communication.
-
Familiarity with ISO-compliant environments.
-
A strategic and analytical approach, with the ability to consider the larger organizational picture.
- English Proficiency: B2, C1, C2
Additional Skills (Nice to Have):
-
Experience with IT Asset Management solutions.
-
Knowledge of Flight Levels Architecture in practice.
-
Prior experience in academic, research, or public sector environments.
