Key Responsibilities:

Fee Calculation & Control

  • Verify and control management fees and other fund-related fees calculated by the Fund Administrator.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies by liaising with the Fund Administrator and Depositary Bank.
  • Calculate financial delegation fees for French funds managed internally or by external financial managers.
  • Compute management fees and rebates for institutional clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Accounting & Reporting

  • Provide monthly accruals for management fees and financial delegation fees to the accounting team.
  • Approve and review financial delegation fee invoices in Oracle Cloud.
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding fee-related invoices.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.

Business Partnering & Data Management

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Client Service, Legal, Fund Administrator) on fee-related queries.
  • Work with French-speaking stakeholders and review contract documentation in French.
  • Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of financial systems to ensure data accuracy.

Permanent Control & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to the Group standards and policies in fee and service control activities.
  • Support process improvements and best practices for fee-related financial controls.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in fee accounting.
  • Strong analytical and data analysis skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
  • Experience with Oracle (or SAP) is a plus.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent English; B2-level French is a plus
  • Ability to identify and resolve process inefficiencies.
  • Willingness to travel, particularly to France in the initial phase.
