Your responsibilites:
- Lead the NAV Valuation Team and oversee deliverables for clients within the Fund Accounting Domain
- Manage a team of 8-10 members.
- Provide technical and specialist support to the Team.
- Oversee, manage, and conduct final review of end-to-end NAV calculations on a daily basis.
- Develop and improve NAV calculation workflows and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with Fund Accounting requirements and procedures.
- Collaborate with Senior Management and Risk to manage controls effectively.
- Daily management and supervision of the team, including task allocation.
- Respond to queries and requests in a timely, efficient, and professional manner.
- Conduct annual performance appraisals and provide regular feedback to direct reports based on their goals.
Requirements:
- Have a bachelor's degree at a minimum
- Have preferably 5+ years of relevant experience in the Fund Accounting area,
- Have at least 1 year of experience in team management
- Fluent in English
- Proven ability in people management,
- Good understanding of Fund Accounting process
- Have ability to work effectively and demonstrate initiative
