Due to our international expansion, we are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team in Gdansk.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Initiating the sales process and taking actions to support the development of international business in the SSC/BPO sector
  • recognizing and defining customer needs and advising on proposed recruitment solutions
  • active and regular visits to new clients
  • Clients approaching in a cross-selling perspective, promoting synergy with other business lines
  • Representing the company at conferences and other industry-related events, both in Poland and internationally
  • Conducting, negotiations and increasing revenues by identifying new business opportunities
  • Taking responsibility for the development of a new international market and the achievement of goals
  • Close cooperation with managers responsible for recruitment teams

 

Requirements:

  • Fluent  English is a must 
  • Previous professional experience related to obtaining global contracts (not necessarily in the area of ​​recruitment, previous experience in cooperation with new investors, e.g. in real estate, is welcomed)
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills
  • Passion for sales and striving to achieve set goals
  • Excellent negotiating skills
  • Team player attitude
  • Entrepreneurship, flexibility, ability to work in a dynamic environment are assets
