Quality Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating the work of a team of quality engineers and technicians,

• Managing the development process of subordinate employees,

• Coordinating and monitoring the quality management system,

• Overseeing the non-compliance management process,

• Ensuring the effective implementation of corrective and preventive actions,

• Providing support from quality engineering at the stage of product / customer implementation and during mass production,

• Cooperation with the client in the field of quality requirements, analysis of results as well as corrective and preventive actions taken.

Key requirements: 

• Bachelor's Degree - preferably technical,

• Very good command of English (level C), 

• Min. 3 years of professional experience in a production company in the department of quality, process or test engineering, preferred management position, 

• Knowledge of management systems, qualifications of an internal auditor are welcome, 

• Knowledge of methods and techniques for planning the quality of processes and products, practical knowledge of quality tools, 

• Ability to manage and develop a team.
