Your Responsibilities:
- Leader role in a risk management team;
- Team management - task planning, prioritisation, progress monitoring, reporting;
- Securities Services activities framework supervision;
- Acting as 2nd line of defence and working closely with RISK ORM central teams;
- Acting as a point of contact on all operational risk matters;
- Acting as an escalation point for all operational risk matters delivered by the risk team;
- Organising staff meetings, feedback sessions to staff, appraisals, career development within a team;
- Risk identification, assessment and control;
- Contribution to operational risk strategy and local governance bodies;
- Promotion of awareness of operational risk management across IOC and RISK Community.
Requirements:
- Professional experience in team management, including task delegation and gaining team commitment;
- Strong knowledge of main regulatory requirements;
- An innovative mindset and proactive approach to improving existing processes;
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills, strategic thinking;
- Good time management and strong interpersonal skills;
- Fluent English.
