For our Client located in Sachsen (Germany), specialized in FMCG Manufacturing we are searching for an experienced, German-speaking candidate:

OpEx / Lean Leader

Location: Sachsen, Germany

Work mode: Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days remote)

Employment type: Full-time employment

Contract type: Employment contract

Position level: Mid/Senior

Work in languages: German and English

Main responsibilities:

• Develop and execute operational excellence strategies aligned with company goals.
• Lead Lean Six Sigma projects to improve processes, reduce costs, and enhance quality.
• Build and manage a team of continuous improvement professionals.
• Analyze data and metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and change.
• Design and implement employee training programs on Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Ensure project timelines and budgets are met, reporting progress to senior management.
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to maintain product quality.
• Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Business, Operations).
• Proficiency in German and good command of English.
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt preferred.
• Proven experience in implementing Lean Six Sigma methodologies in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and data analysis capabilities.
• Effective communication and change management skills.
• Project management experience.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
