Tasks:
- Managing order to cash process
- Daily contact with B2B clients via different channels
- Ensuring that deliveries and customer's requirements are properly dealt with
- Cooperating with stakeholders
- Handling complaints
Requirements:
- Fluent knowledge of English and Dutch
- SAP knowledge will be a plus but is not necessary
- Experience in similar position (order management, B2B customer care, export, purchasing departments)
- Very good problem-solving skills
