For our client in the manufacturing industry, located near Kraków, we are looking for a candidate for the position of Production Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Effective implementation of strategies to achieve production plans
- Managing a large team of employees
- Cooperation with other departments and specialists within the organization
- Designing and implementing solutions to improve production process efficiency
- Maintaining high operational efficiency of the machinery park
- Conducting quarterly and annual assessments of team structures and ensuring employee development
- Ensuring the highest standards of quality and workplace safety
- Supervising the production optimization process
- Effectively implementing Lean Manufacturing tools
Requirements:
- Higher education, preferably in engineering
- Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of Lean Management tools, with experience in implementation
- Knowledge of and interest in modern production management tools
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in managing a team (minimum 100 people)
- At least 4 years of experience in a similar position in a manufacturing company
- Creativity and strong interpersonal skills
- Very good command of English
- Proactive approach, with a focus on work optimization and efficiency improvement
