Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cybersecurity and technology initiatives in a large-scale, enterprise environment. You will be responsible for delivering secure, high-quality change in collaboration with global teams, ensuring alignment with internal frameworks, regulatory standards, and business goals.
Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity and tech change projects (scope, time, budget, risk).

Translate complex business requirements into actionable Epics and User Stories.

Apply Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) in collaboration with development and security engineering teams.

Ensure project delivery adheres to organizational governance, security, and compliance standards.

Track and report progress, risks, and issues to senior stakeholders and steering committees.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business units, and external vendors across multiple regions and time zones.

Contribute to financial management (headcount, software capitalization) and project resource planning.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and mentor less experienced team members on quality standards.
Key Skills & Experience

Solid experience in managing cybersecurity or technology projects within large organizations.

Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including communication at senior and executive levels.

Practical knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).

Understanding of cybersecurity principles and risk management practices.

Experience in regulated environments and working with formal change frameworks.

Ability to work across complex organizational structures and global teams.
