 For our Client - the global company for its Shared Service Center – we are currently looking candidates for serveral positions in PTP Department.

PTP Accountant with English

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Various activities within Procure to Pay process
  • Ensuring quality and timely processing of purchase invoices and travel expenses
  • Reconciliation of accounts 
  • Ensure that each work is completed in accordance with established procedures and standards
  • Identify and escalate priority issues and routing to the appropriate team for a quick resolution
  • Receive / make calls from / to customers (internal/ external)
  • Support continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance process 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • University degree in Accounting, Finance or related area
  • At least 6 months of professional experience in SSC/BPO
  • Very good command of English (at least B2 level) 
  • Proactivity and process improvement orientation
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to details
  • Very good communication skills, ability to work in a team and customer focus
