For our Client we are looking for Recruitment Manager. This is an opportunity to gain broad exposure to the talent function in dynamic professional environment, with many learning opportunities and continues learning and development in its culture.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement strategies and programs for sourcing, interviewing and hiring processes according to business needs, market trends and global recruiting function and  support their implementation
  • Review up to date practices in recruiting and propose improvements as well as new initiatives.
  • Ensure the recruiting strategies used by the team are up to date and help them implement new ones
  • Coordinate and support existing recruitment pipeline with focus on effectiveness and stakeholders satisfaction
  • Analyze and ensure effectiveness of recruitment process setting and monitoring KPIs and prepare recommendations on short and long term improvements
  • Be a partner for managers to advise on sourcing/recruiting strategies especially when market is demanding and shortage of candidates might be a challenge
  • Review market best practices, trends and solutions and provide with advice and education for hiring managers and company leadership
  • Lead end to end recruitment processes as an Experience Recruiter
  • Explore and use relevant sourcing channels including social media, HighTech/IT when recruiting for advanced technology departments and other  dedicated portals,
  • Build relationships with recruitment agencies and vendors, if required
  • Lead the Recruiting Team
  • Manage performance by setting clear goals and KPIs and supportive development plans


About you:

  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in recruiting area coupled with experience in managing people and projects
  • Fluency in English at min. C1 level
  • Effectively prioritizes and completes tasks with great attention to detail in order to deliver desired outcomes within agreed time frames
  • Ability to work independently, adapt to change, respond to shifts in priorities and schedules
  • Demonstrates commitment to furthering diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace
  • Builds relationships, leverages networks, and collaborates with key people of influence across the organization
  • Strong customer orientation and interpersonal skills coupled with experience in partnering with top level leadership
  • Exhibits excellent written and verbal communication skills in Polish and English
  • Creative problem solver and a great colleague within the team
