Recruitment Team Lead
Location: Rzeszów
Responsibilities:
- Independently manage recruitment processes for operational and support roles in BPO (customer service consultants, team leaders, quality specialists, etc.)
- Develop and implement active sourcing strategies using recruitment platforms, direct search, headhunting, and networking.
- Create social media recruitment campaigns and collaborate with the marketing team on employer branding.
- Build and maintain a candidate database and talent pool for future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with recruitment agencies and external partners, negotiating contracts and ensuring candidate quality.
- Develop, test, and implement new recruitment methods to enhance efficiency.
- Analyze recruitment effectiveness by tracking key metrics (time-to-hire, cost per hire, quality of hire, new hire retention).
- Manage and mentor the recruitment team, assigning tasks and supporting professional growth.
- Optimize the candidate selection process using modern recruitment tools (ATS, HRIS).
- Design and coordinate onboarding processes to ensure smooth and effective employee integration.
- Develop and implement career paths and employee development programs to enhance skills and prepare for promotions.
- Monitor new hires’ performance and identify areas requiring additional training or support.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase employee satisfaction and engagement in a dynamic BPO environment.
- Coordinate motivational programs, benefits, and well-being initiatives to foster a culture of appreciation and loyalty.
- Regularly collect employee feedback (e.g., surveys, 1:1 meetings) and implement improvements to enhance employee experience.
- Work closely with operational leaders to develop retention strategies and reduce employee turnover.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience working as a Team Leader within HR/Recruitment field
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Fluency in English (minimum strong B2, preferred C1) – daily interactions with clients and headquarters in the USA, as well as candidate language assessments.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
