  • Installing and supporting LANs and WANs, network segments, Internet and intranet systems
  • Installing and maintaining network hardware and software
  • Analyzing and resolving network incidents, problems and service requests
  • Monitoring networks to ensure security and availability to specific users
  • Evaluating and modifying system's performance
  • Determining network and systems requirements and identifying users needs
  • Maintaining integrity of the network, server deployment and security
  • Making sure that network connectivity throughout a company'sLAN/WAN infrastructure is on par with technical consideration
  • Designing and deploying networks aligned with business goals and needs
  • Assigning configuration of authentication and authorization of directory services
  • Maintaining network servers such as DHCP Servers, VPN gateways, intrusion detection systems
  • Administering routers, switches, firewalls, security updates and patches
  • Act according Clients Policies and Procedures e.g. Change Management process
  • Creating and maintaining internal technical documentation
  • Maintaining and improving monitoring infrastructure


  • Bachelor/University degree (preferably: IT or other technical education)
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Fluency in English
  • Well-developed analytical skills 
  • Excellent knowledge of issues related to the service of IT users
  • Ability to diagnose problems and respond quickly to them
  • Ability to adapt to the situation in a timely manner 
  • Motivation and self-initiative, activity and willingness to work and learn 
  • Knowledge of ITIL and Prince2 principles
  • CCNA or CCNP certification or equivalent would be an advantage 
  • Knowledge of the principles and practices used in the design of LANs, WANs and VoIP systems 
  • QoS and Traffic shaping 
  • Experience with Cisco ISE, MS CNPS would be an advantage
