Our client is an SSC sector company based in Kraków.

This role supports Talent Acquisition operations across Europe and is part of a newly established recruitment function in Kraków. The person in this position will lead a 4-person team responsible for ensuring a high-quality candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process. We are looking for someone who is ready to build and improve candidate experience processes from the ground up. The team will support candidates before interviews and during onboarding, handle inquiries, and develop metrics and KPIs.

 

Your tasks:

Oversee daily task execution and track performance of team members

Spot and implement improvements in recurring processes to boost efficiency and minimize mistakes

Leverage business and market insight to help drive organizational objectives

Organize and lead non-campus related recruitment events and activities from planning to execution

Provide post-offer candidate support by being available to address questions and concerns.

Deliver support to specific teams, departments, and markets

 

Requirements:

English and French proficiency

Experience in talent acquisition / recruitment, with at least 1–2 years of experience in team management

Strong understanding of talent acquisition / candidate experience metrics and analytics

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in using recruitment software and tools

Experience working in a global organization
