Team Leader Logistics

As a Team Leader you will take an active role in the further growth of the organisation by providing effective leadership and stakeholders management. You will hold real responsibility for the Team as well as manage the processes.


You will be responsible for the team management, including:

·        weekly team meetings to discover possible bottle necks in the ongoing processes and look for solutions together with the other team members

·        one to one meetings with your team members focused on people’s goals, motivations and their professional development


You and Your Team will be responsible for the processes in the area of Logistic and Supply Chain:

1.      Logistic claims

2.      Customs – customs payment and reporting for various European countries

3.      Customs – Intrastat reporting

4.      Trucks Load Booking (TLB) and being responsible for resolution of issues related to toll used for TLB – Transporeon

5.      Supply Network Operations (SNO) – taking care of various, sometimes complex topics in area of supply chain. In particular quarterly and annual scrap, stock corrections, unusual logistic flows

As a Team Lead you will be responsible for setting the correct priorities and, together with your team members, ensure  that the set targets are achieved.



Experience, education and technical skills

·        Bachelor or Master degreepreferably in the area of business administration or logistic

·        Documented at least 3 years of experience in people management function

·        Working experience in supply / logistic processes

·        Excellent written and verbal English communication and client engagement skills

·        At least basic SAP knowledge


Interpersonal skills

·        Strong abilities to build partnership relations with the stakeholders and communicate effectively across all levels of organization

·        Capability of managing high pressure and short timelineswith the willingness to be flexible

·        Focus on delivering high quality servicewith ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

·        Strong organizational skills with orientation on results

·        Strong time management and problem solving abilities

·        Attention to details
