Its projects involve searching for candidates to fill positions that require advanced technical or managerial skills, as well as high-volume recruitment associated with creating new structures or new teams within a short timeframe. The Antal SSC & BPO division consists of sections specializing in the following disciplines: Finance & Accountancy, Banking Operations, Payroll/HR, Legal Operations, Customer Service/IT Helpdesk, Purchasing, Supply Chain.

Job description

  • Preparation of monthly financial and management accounts for foreign subsidiaries
  • Executing daily general accounting activities and month-end close process
  • Participating in transition / migration projects from foreign subsidiaries
  • Assistance with preparation of annual budgets and forecasts
  • Supporting local audits and preparation of statutory accounts
  • Preparing VAT declarations
  • Executing monthly and quarterly preparation of balance sheet accounts reconciliations
  • Responsible for suggesting / initiating process and system improvements, driving efficiency and reducing complexity in day-to-day tasks
  • Monthly Cash management
  • Monthly Inventory reconciliations
  • Ad-hoc reporting to Head Office

Candidate

  • 1 - 3 years of Accounting/Finance experience, prior shared service environment experience or work abroad a plus
  • Degree in Finance & Banking or Economics
  • Part-qualified ACCA / CIMA will be a distinctive advantage
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; French or German as a second language
  • Solid accounting knowledge
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills as you will be dealing with local Logistics, Purchasing and Sales teams on a daily basis
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
  • Strong computing skills; advanced Excel required; experience in using Navision or SAP would be an advantage
