3D Artist - Animation

TASKS:

• Develop configurator/automation scripts for use in 3Ds Max.
• Enhance scalability of product-specific media assets (images) by standardizing and automating the media production pipeline in 3Ds Max, Unity, and other relevant tools.
• Define requirements and propose solutions to enhance the technical pipeline, spanning from data transfer and preparation (high and low poly) to the creation of final media assets.
• Script and document workflow optimizations to accelerate processes according to current requirements, including improvements to the user interface.
• Develop automated solutions for Rendering Farms.

 

Requirements:

• Proficiency in scripting language: 3Ds Max script.
• Nice to have experience with scripting language: Python.
• Solid understanding of computer-generated image production.
• Required experience in working with render farms.
• Ability to collaborate within process structures, possess a team-oriented mindset, and excellent communication skills.
• High self-motivation and accountability, with the ability to deliver high-quality results under a heavy workload.
• Fluency in English.
• +4 years of relevant working experience.
• Project management skills to estimate workload accurately.
• Transparent reporting of working results and methods.
• Problem-solving attitude.
• Cooperative and proactive approach.
