For our Client, located in Poznań, we are looking for experienced Senior AP Accountants or experienced Team leaders to lead a small team.

Your responsibilities

  • Supervise the team, ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Hold regular team meetings, coach and mentor the team, promote open communication within the team.
  • Be a Subject Matter Expert for P2P related topics (supporting invoice processing, vendor query, intercompany etc)
  • Support resolving employee queries.
  • Ensure compliance with tax and other statutory requirements of the local markets.
  • Coordinate P2P month end close activities and AP reporting.
  • Develop and maintain scorecards and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to manage the performance of the team and perform regular performance evaluations of staff members
  • Identify and contribute to continuous improvement and change initiatives within the P2P function, ensuring that improvements are incorporated in the work routine.
  • Ensure robust compliance environment with applicable policies, procedures and processes
  • Build strong relationship with key stakeholders.

Our requirements

  • With min. 3 years of experience in finance & accounting in the area of Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable.
  • Fully capable of communicating, negotiating, making presentations and reports in English, in a Business and technical English level.
  • Able to multi-task and prioritize workload, plan, organize and coordinate work and resources in short and long-term.
  • Capable to influence, motivate, engage others, giving clear targets and direction to the team, delegating and empowering the team, tracking and managing progress to achieve results.
  • Able to identify and choose the alternative that has the highest probability of success or effectiveness and best fits with our goals.
  • Able to work under pressure, flexible in approach, having the self-drive to work.
