Your responsibilities
- Manage a team of 10 members (AML/KYC Specialists).
- Provide technical and specialist support to the Team.
- Conduct annual performance appraisals and provide regular feedback to direct reports based on their goal.
- Analysis and verification of documents related to customer identification (KYC).
- Conducting research to identify potential financial crime and money laundering (AML) risks.
- Monitoring customer transactions and activities.
- Creating reports.
- Work closely with regulatory authorities and internal teams to ensure compliance with procedures.
Employer requirements
- Higher education, preferably in the finance, banking, or a related area.
- Experience in the AML/KYC/Transaction Monitoring area.
- Min. 2 years of experience as a team leader/supervisor/manager.
- Experience in building a new team will be an advantage.
- Analytical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Very good command of English (minimum B2+ level).
- Time management skills.
