AP/AR/GL Accountant with French

Responsibilities:

AP:

• Posting standard accounting documents
• Perform reconciliations of AP related accounts
• Preparation of payment proposals
• Vendor account reconciliation

AR:

• Ensure that all payments to suppliers, consultants, employees etc. are processed accurately; efficiently and effectively in compliance with all internal controls and policies;
• Record incoming payments and reconcile bank statements;
• Perform reconciliation of AR related accounts;

GL:

• Preparing journal entries accurate and compliant with company policies and applicable accounting regulations
• Supervising accounts receivable and accounts payable balances
• Responsibility for month-end closing activities
• Verify monthly balance sheet reconciliations

Requirements:

• Experience in Accounting - AP, AR or GL process
• Good knowledge of English and French
• University degree in economics / finance
• Customer orientation
• Knowledge of working in SAP will be an asset
• Strong competence in Microsoft Office (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel)
