Application Software Engineer
In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing requirements, designing, coding, and verifying product software for power electronics control modules according to the Automotive SPICE process in the area of AUTOSAR architecture.
Location: Kraków (hybrid, 2 times per week in the office)

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze software requirements.
- Design software solutions.
- Develop software code for real-time embedded systems using manual coding, AUTOSAR module configuration, or auto-coding of Simulink models.
- Conduct software verification on test benches and vehicles.
- Prepare software documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and test results.
- Provide software development support during test trips for the company and customers.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a relevant engineering field.
- Proven experience with embedded systems/software and functionalities.
- Experience in high-voltage power electronics is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of AUTOSAR and ISO 26262 standards is preferred.
- Proficiency in Matlab/Simulink is required.
- Strong knowledge of C programming languages.
- Experience with V-model-based process environments, ideally ASPICE, is required.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in English.
