Automation Lead for Wholesale Bank Credit Risk Modelling Data

Main responsibilities:

- Supervise team leaders and team members organized into 2-3 teams within your product team

- Establish the vision and objectives for the Wholesale Credit Risk Modelling Data Automation product, including:

• designing and implementing strategic workflows through data marts, data lakes, and data products
• automating data access for modelers and validators
• enhancing the efficiency of data delivery processes

- Ensure quality of service provided by your product within Risk Hub Data, Tools and Reporting area by being part team within organization

- Manage squad leads and / or other product leads located in other global locations

- Cooperating with stakeholders

Requirements:

- Product oriented leader and person who gets energized by creating business value and delivery,

- Inspiring people manager with 2-experience, who like to work with end to end responsibility for both product delivery and team building and long-term development,

- Fluent in English

- Leader with high agency and focus on getting thigs done,

- Data professional with working 3-experience with data solutions

- Person who worked previously within banking or finance industry
