The B2B Energy Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with commercial clients, and delivering tailored energy solutions to meet their needs. This role requires a proactive, results-driven professional with a strong understanding of the energy industry and exceptional sales skills.

 

Key Responsibilities:

·         Identify and target potential commercial clients through market research, networking, and prospecting activities.

·         Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in targeted businesses, understanding their energy needs and challenges.

·         Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.

·         Present and articulate the benefits of our energy solutions, customizing proposals to meet the specific needs of each client.

·         Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to effectively position our offerings.

·         Work closely with the technical and customer service teams to ensure seamless implementation and customer satisfaction.

·         Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions in the CRM system. Provide regular updates and forecasts to the Sales Manager.

·         Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.

 

Qualifications:

·         Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Energy Management, or a related field.

·         Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the energy sector or a related industry.

·         Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

·         Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

·         Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

·         Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
