Back Office Specialist with Portuguese & Spanish OR Lithuanian OR Macedonian
About the role:
This is a non-customer facing role focused on analyzing and verifying information submitted by users or collected through internal systems. The team ensures data quality and accuracy, identifies patterns or issues, and provides insights to improve products, processes, and decision-making.
What you will do:
- Review and assess data according to established guidelines and make informed decisions.
- Identify trends, discrepancies, or areas for improvement and provide actionable feedback.
- Annotate, categorize, or label information to support data-driven initiatives and machine learning model development
Requirements:
- Proficiency of Portuguese & Spanish OR Lithuanian OR Macedonian at B2 level and English at B2 level as well,
- Previous work experience in international company would be considered as a plus,
- Attention to detail,
- Good analytical & coordination skills are essential,
- Ability to perform in adverse situations,
- Flexible to adapt to any changes in the organization / process,
- Quick learner and tech-savvy in understanding new systems and tools,
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
