As a Banking Operations Specialist with German, you'll play a key role in supporting our banking processes by handling account closures and related financial tasks. This is an ideal role for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in the financial sector while using their German and English language skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing incoming account closure requests and verifying documents.
  • Managing and updating customer data in the system.
  • Communicating with customers in writing (emails) to clarify issues.
  • Processing more complex financial tasks and closing cases within your area of responsibility.
  • Collaborating with various internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Continuously improving processes to enhance quality and efficiency.

What we're looking for:

  • Current student or graduate in finance, banking, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in finance, banking, AR/AP, or related internships. - nice to have
  • Knowledge of German and English (B2 level or higher).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A service-oriented attitude and resilience in handling tasks.
  • Team player who is motivated by achieving both individual and team goals.
  • Openness to learning and new challenges.
  • Comfortable with computers and various software solutions.
