The company offers a wide range of IT services, including data management, cybersecurity and software development tailored to customer needs. The organization is part of a global group, which allows for international exchange of knowledge and implementation of modern solutions on a global scale.

Broker Collections Clerk

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing agent collections and receivables (full handling of collections for brokers).
  • Verifying and recording statements from agents.
  • Overseeing timely execution of settlement transactions.
  • Reconciling discrepancies in billing and booking (such as premium and commission differences) with partners, brokers, and relevant departments like sales.
  • Assigning declared cash receipts via agent statements to pending accessory claims.
  • Providing support to sales and operational teams.
  • Drafting personalized statements and individual correspondence.
  • Handling phone inquiries from internal and external partners or brokers (in German).

Qualifications:

  • fluency in German and English (level B2/C1)
  • university-level education
  • professional experience in payment transactions with a focus on accounting
  • ability to work independently and responsibly with billing partners/brokers
  • capability to analyze, assess, and reorganize complex professional and technical processes
  • proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
