Business Development Specialist
Here are some of the things you can look forward to:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the language services industry,
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, arranging active sales through cold calling, independent research, and referral programs,
- Meet with customers/clients face-to-face or over the phone,
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction,
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities,
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business growth targets.
You are the right person for the role if you:
- Have previous experience in Business Development or B2B sales, preferably in the language services sector,
- Possess experience with cold calls and an excellent telephone manner for making initial contact and maintaining communication with customers and business associates,
- Are fluent in English,
- Demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills,
- Possess good time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks,
- Have an organized, independent, and proactive approach,
- Are service-minded and goal-oriented.
