Business Process and Accounting Specialist (SAP4HANA)

For our Client we are looking for Business Process & Accounting Specialist.

 

Business Process Specialist under the guidance of the Head of Finance Optimization, in collaboration with different company areas, will provide operational excellence through the taking part in redefinition and optimization of procedures, processes, This role required very good organizing skills to coordinating with different departments and cross-functional teams to know the requirements for designing and implementing new processes and the improvement of existing ones.

Your responsibilities

• Responsible for following the project structures. Be Active member of Finance projects - Improvement.
• Take active part in kick off and all update meetings
• Take active part in all change impact workshop
• Create change plan for systems
• Executes SAP onboarding activities and arrange system access to all E-invoicing tool users
• Responsible for requesting the upload of SAP packages with basis configuration
• Review the unit testing results of E-invoicing tool
• Performs integration testing / address technical issues (extraction files, mapping files, interfaces, etc.)
• upport the creation of IT support model
• Arranges the handover from role to the company IT support team

Employer requirements

• At least 4 years’ experience of working in accounting area
• Fluent English
• Experience in international companies (SSC/BPO)
• Experience with SAP 4/Hana
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• A continuous improvement mindset
• Highly motivated and proactive in problem solving
• Strong verbal and written communication and client interface skills
