We are recruiting for a global company that specializes in providing solutions for water treatment, sanitation, and resource management. The company offers innovative products and services to various industries, including food processing, healthcare, and industrial operations, with a strong emphasis on sustainability and operational efficiency. Curently we are looking for specialists to join their Collection team in Kraków!
Your future responsibilities:
- Monitoring and recovering outstanding debts from business clients
- Setting up payment schedules and negotiating repayment terms
- Analyzing overdue payments and taking corrective actions
- Cooperating with sales and finance teams to streamline payment processes
- Maintaining positive relationships with clients and ensuring a good customer experience
What we expect:
- Very good knowledge of English (B2) and fluent French (C1)
- Minimum one year of experience in area of Collections / Customer Service / Finance
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, assertiveness, and negotiation skills
