For our Client - a global leader in Cybersecurity - we are looking for a Customer Service Specialist with Spanish.
Key responsibilities:
- English and Spanish speaking customer service ( 1st line IT/Tech Support) - email, chat, phone
- Data entry into the system
- Supporting the company's customers with cybersecurity basics
You are the perfect candidate if you:
- Speak English and Spanish at the C1 level
- Have highly developed interpersonal skills
- Want to develop in the area of professional customer service
- Are communicative and enjoy working with people
