Customer Service Team Leader with European languages

For Client, SSC sector, we are looking for experienced professional to join the Customer Service team. Knowledge of English and other european language will be your advantage.

Your responsibilities

  • Supervise and mentor a team of Customer Service Specialists.
  • Create a high-quality work environment to motivate team performance.
  • Balance team workload to ensure consistent service levels.
  • Monitor data accuracy and maintenance.
  • Provide on-the-job feedback and identify training needs.
  • Foster positive relationships with customers and internal departments.
  • Handle escalations and support improvement projects.
  • Oversee order processing in the SAP system.
  • Collaborate with Planning and Distribution for product availability and shipments.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints.

Employer requirements

  • At least 2 years’ experience of working in smiliar role in a fast-paced environment, supporting multiple diaries is desirable
  • Fluent English
  • Communicative other European language - German, Dutch or French language would be your advantage
  • Professional communication skills both internally and client facing externally
  • Enthusiastic and dedicated, passion for seeking opportunities and self-development
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Previous experience in using salesforce CRM systems, SAP and Concur
  • Strong Microsoft skills in Word, PowerPoint and Excel
