Responsibilities

·       Handle business inquiries and incoming calls.

·       Address and resolve questions about products, promotions, orders, invoices, payments, returns, online platforms, incentives, terms, and conditions using available knowledge management tools.

·       Process requests and maintain accurate data records in the database.

·       Log customer interactions and activities in the ticketing system.

·       Support the rollout of new IT solutions and tools.

·       Develop creative ideas and solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.

·       Provide assistance to colleagues, helping them grow and enhance their skills.

·       Participate in cross-departmental projects beyond standard responsibilities.

Requirements

·       A positive, communicative attitude and a strong commitment to helping our clients.

·       Fluency in German and/or Italian and/or Czech at C1/C2 level + any other additional European language will be an advantage.

·       Knowledge of English at a minimum level of B2.

·       Advanced knowledge of an additional European language will be a valuable asset.

·       Proactive attitude, willingness to take on new challenges and opportunities.

·       Strong teamwork skills with a customer focus, both internally and externally.

·       Previous experience in customer service is considered advantageous.
