Responsibilities:
- acting as the first point of contact with customers and providing support via chat, phone, e-mail
- professional service on product questions, orders, delays, warranty, any related questions
- update customer base and documents, administrative tasks
Requirements:
- very good level of English - min. B2
- very good level of one of the languages: German, Spanish, French, Dutch
- previous experience in customer service will be a plus, bo is not necessary
- good general computer skills
