For our Client, a well-recognized company in the real estate sector, we are looking for a candidate for the new position of Debt Financing Manager, due to further dynamic growth. The person hired for this position will be responsible for e.g. negotiating debt financing, overseeing loan agreements, and managing the debt portfolio across the group. The ideal candidate should enjoy working in a dynamic and fast-changing environment.
Your responsibilities:
- Secure and negotiate debt financing
- Build and manage relationships with banks and lenders.
- Oversee loan agreements, term sheets, and documentation.
- Manage the debt portfolio across the group
- Collaborate with internal teams and provide regular financing reports.
- Reporting to the CEO and Managing Partners
- Active participation in the new investment acquisition
