For our Client, SSC company located in Łódź, we are looking for experience Deployment Planner Lead (expert/team leader).

Your responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain deployment plans in order to ensure an effective and efficient supply chain.
  • Create and maintain purchase orders from main warehouse to satellite warehouses.
  • Generate reports to identify potential supply shortages.
  • Proactively identify and resolve supply chain issues.
  • Execute fair share principles based on aligned business rules in case of confirmed insufficient supply.
  • Coordination of a small team 
  • Bring unsolvable issues to the relevant decision forum (as part of S&OE).
  • Develop and implement strategies for optimizing distribution.
  • Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics.
  • Review and update supply network model and processes to ensure cost-efficiency.

Our requirements

  • Bachelor or Master's degree, preferably in Business or Engineering.
  • APICs or related supply chain certification
  • Communicatvie/ fluent in English - min. B2
  • 1-3 years of experience in supply planning, purchasing, inventory management, or logistics
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Previous experience as a Team Leader, or Deputy will be your advantage
  • Knowledge of supply chain management principles, especially integrated supply planning
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP and Business Objects
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
