For our Client, SSC company located in Łódź, we are looking for experience Deployment Planner Lead (expert/team leader).

Your responsibilities
- Develop and maintain deployment plans in order to ensure an effective and efficient supply chain.
- Create and maintain purchase orders from main warehouse to satellite warehouses.
- Generate reports to identify potential supply shortages.
- Proactively identify and resolve supply chain issues.
- Execute fair share principles based on aligned business rules in case of confirmed insufficient supply.
- Coordination of a small team
- Bring unsolvable issues to the relevant decision forum (as part of S&OE).
- Develop and implement strategies for optimizing distribution.
- Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics.
- Review and update supply network model and processes to ensure cost-efficiency.
Our requirements
- Bachelor or Master's degree, preferably in Business or Engineering.
- APICs or related supply chain certification
- Communicatvie/ fluent in English - min. B2
- 1-3 years of experience in supply planning, purchasing, inventory management, or logistics
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Previous experience as a Team Leader, or Deputy will be your advantage
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles, especially integrated supply planning
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP and Business Objects
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
