For our client, a global brand in the FMCG sector, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our client’s newly formed team to lead their consumer engagement strategies.

Digital Marketing Manager

The Digital Marketing Manager (Consumer Engagement) will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies aimed at increasing consumer engagement and driving brand loyalty. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, consumer behavior, and analytics.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive consumer engagement and brand loyalty
• Designing and executing comprehensive strategies across various platforms, including social media, email, and digital advertising
• Fostering and enhancing relationships with our target audience through personalized and engaging content, interactive campaigns, and effective communication strategies
• Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
• Collaborating with content, creative, and product teams to ensure cohesive marketing initiatives that align with brand goals.
• Managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field - prefered
• Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on consumer engagement and brand management
• Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, tools, and analytics.
• Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market trends
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically to solve complex problems
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
• Results-oriented with a track record of driving measurable outcomes through consumer engagement initiatives
• Adaptability and willingness to embrace change in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal
